Do you know good BBQ? Be a judge!
We are looking for BBQ lovers to be judges at this year’s Kyle Fair & Music Festival BBQ Cook-Off! We will be having teams from all over Central Texas competing and we need volunteers with good palates and empty bellies to try the goods!
Below is a schedule of judging times and categories, please contact Christina at info@kylechamber.org with which category you’d like to judge and names of participants.
Saturday, October 20th
10:00 AM – Jackpot Beans & Jackpot Dutch Oven Cobbler
11:00 AM – Jackpot Chili
12:30 PM – Chicken
2:00 PM – Pork Spare Ribs
3:30 PM – Beef Brisket
