PAWS Shelter and Humane Society will hold its annual Dinner By the Bite at Wilson Appliance (4205 E. Hwy 290) on Thursday, May 5 at 6:00 pm. This always fun and festive culinary benefit brings together a delicious mix of popular local chefs and food lovers with a heart. For this eighth incarnation of an always sold-out event, the chefs will prepare their dishes with a Cinco de Mayo twist. PAWS is also thrilled to announce that Republic Tequila will be providing signature cocktails. Well-paired beer and wine selections will also be available.
The Cinco de Mayo Dinner By the Bite chef line-up includes Chef Matthew Buchanan of The Leaning Pear, Chef Jana Muniz of The Goodnight Diner, Chef Kate Tilton of Kate’s Place, and Chef Debbie Roberts of Redbud Cafe. Hosted by Wilson Appliance, chefs take over the state-of-the-art showroom kitchens to demonstrate the preparation of their dishes while attendees eat the delicioso results. At this unique event, food lovers are able to mingle and wander from kitchen to kitchen tasting and visiting with each chef at their leisure.
